Pietro has always been deeply committed to the principles of inclusivity and diversity, both in his films, teaching, and commercial work. He ensures that representation is never one-dimensional, but instead reflects the true diversity and complexity of the world we live in.

Most recently, Pietro produced a new educational training on this subject in New York for Mindvalley, featuring Vernā Myers, former VP of Inclusion at Netflix.

This initiative aims to foster a more inclusive industry, where diverse backgrounds are acknowledged and multicultural teams and stories are authentically represented.
